Apologies for the rather sporadic posting recently. With the Easter holidays things seemed to have gotten a lot more hectic, but here’s hoping things settle down again soon. For the moment however we bring you a lesson on Thomas as it highlights some interesting points not just about believing in Jesus but also in the Resurrection itself.
Because Easter is such a special day we aren’t going to use the normal format for lessons. Instead we are going to have the children stay in the main service, however we are aware that children can have short attention spans and so we have some worksheets available here to keep them occupied. Older children should be able to follow the service. However we also have plenty to keep you busy over the Easter period…

In my day (and at twenty four I am far too young to be saying that) wearing that terribly scratchy petticoat and all those heavy woolen layers was part and parcel of the day! Continue reading →
Apologies for the lack of lesson last week. Between technical difficulties and illness it has not been a good week at sundayschoolsos headquarters. Thankfully the illness has abated and the technical difficulties are fixed enough for us to resume normal service, albeit a little late, in time for Lent.
